Carolina Cockpit Inc. Large Models are produced in our modular molds, which can be set up in 1 foot increments for width and length, and are adjustable in 1 inch height increments.
The door(s), windows, orientation, interior consoles and layout can all be configured to fit your application.
The walls and roof are typically cored with 1" foam, producing a stiff, light weight structure with an insulation value of R 7.2.
Thicker and high strength cores can be specified, as well as fire retardant construction.
The smooth gel coat exterior can be molded in any color, and never requires re-painting.
These structures have no seams to leak or vibrate, and equipment can be easily mounted to all surfaces with stainless sheet metal screws without penetration of the shell,
or by through bolting.
Many styles and service ratings of doors and windows can be provided, and floors, lifting rings, and installed electrical,
