Carolina Cockpit Inc. Small Models in one and two person sizes are constructed of molded fiberglass in both cab and pilothouse styles. The pilothouse style has roof overhangs and usually has a mounting flange rather than a floor. The cab style reverses the window angle and has a molded floor and no roof overhangs.

The sample drawings and pictures show several popular configurations of these structures. Many other arrangements of the modular components are routinely provided, and the reinforced roofs can be flat or domed and provided with windows for overhead visibility.

The upper and lower halves are easily separated for ease of installation, transport, vertical clearance, or fair weather operation. These structures have uninsulated bodies, but they have insulated roofs and superior noise reduction, thermal properties and condensation resistance when compared to metal construction.

Consoles, installed equipment, and floors can be modified to suit your application. Windows and doors can be fixed, sliding or hinged. The smooth gelcoat exterior can be molded in any color and never needs re-painting. The units are light weight, stiff and have proven rugged in service.
